After School Rehearsals at Horizon

In preparation for our May 3 concert, there will be four after school rehearsals. Tuesday, April 6, and Mondays, April 12, 19, 26 from 3:30 to 4:30. The orchestra room is at the west end of the upper gym. These are voluntary, but highly recommended.

Have your instrument at school on your day. You will play with the high school on Jingle Bells, Up On the Housetop or Jolly Old St. Nicholas.

Archway Monument Concert

7:30-7th/8th Grade Orchestra

All students need to arrive 20 minutes before they perform. Wear your good clothes. You are welcome to add some appropriate holiday decorations to you or your instrument. Just make sure you can see and your instrument can play.

All groups will rehearse during the day. Students will be bused to and from the Arch. Do not forget your instrument or music. Basses and Cellos, because of their size need to be taken to the Arch ahead of time. Choices are: 4:30-5:00 on Wed, Dec 2 or after 7:45 am on Thurs, Dec 3.

Rehearsal Schedule

9:00-10:15 6th Grade Orchestra

10:30-11:45 7th/8th Grade Orchestra

12:30-2:00 5th Grade Orchestra

• 5:45 Pizza party for 5th grade and high school orchestra in the Central Elementary cafeteria. Cost is $3.00.
• 6:15 5th grade rehearses on stage.
• 6:45 5th grade and senior high rehearse together.
• 7:25 5th grade in seats and ready to play. Wear good clothes. Please no jeans, sweats or t-shirts that have writing/pictures.
